My husband and I recently purchased a small home in a location where single family homes were going for almost a million dollars. It was an old home built out of stone and had been unoccupied for approximately 1 ½ years. It had only two small bedrooms and 1 small bathroom, so we were able to get it for what some would call a great price. But it NEEDED A LOT OF WORK!!
